Terms and conditions for Prepaid Quarterly 60 Minute (Lesson Only)

Payment are monthly with 1st payment due at signing.

Refunds are prorated. Client must provide 2 week cancelation notice.

Lesson cancelation policy: If lesson is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to scheduled time a make up lesson will be rescheduled within 2 weeks of original lesson, based on instructor availability. Lessons missed without 24 hour notice (aside from emergencies) will not be rescheduled.
