Terms and conditions for Music Discovery

Payment are monthly with 1st payment due at signing. Instrument rental agreement must be signed. Must pay with credit card.

Program Cancelation Policy: Customer must provide written cancelation 15 days prior to canceling program. Refund are offered within 7 days of payment for a current month.

Lesson cancelation policy: If lesson is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to scheduled time a make up lesson will be rescheduled within 2 weeks of original lesson. Based on instructor availability. Lessons missed without 24 hour notice (aside from emergencies) will not be rescheduled.

Customer will be required to sign a rental agreement form
