Terms and conditions for Jazz Ensemble 30

Payment are monthly with 1st payment due at signing. $100 show fee will be charged for final performance. The fee will include unlimited tickets to the performance. If a student participates in multiple show the second and third show fees will be $25 and $15 respectively. Show fees are due at time of signing up each season.

Cancelation Policy: Customer must provide written cancelation 15 days prior to canceling program. Refund are offered within 7 days of payment for a current month.

Lesson cancelation policy: If lesson is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to scheduled time a make up lesson will be rescheduled within 2 weeks or original lesson. Lessons missed without 24 hour notice (aside from emergencies) will not be rescheduled.
